How long in advance should I make my reservation?
Our availability changes daily, so we suggest you make your reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. During peak season, with major trade shows in town, please do so as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Where do I meet my chauffeur for pick-up?
For airport pick-ups, your chauffeur will welcome you at the Arrival Hall with your name and/or company name on a greeting sign. For other transfers, we will confirm pick-up locations upon reservation.
What happens if my plane is early or delayed during arrival?
Asia Car Service tracks all flight arrival times, and our chauffeurs arrive when your plane lands, regardless of flight changes, provided that we receive the correct flight number.
How long will my driver wait for me at the airport?
Asia Car Service provides 60 minutes (45 minutes for domestic arrivals) of free wait time on each arrival transfer for you to deplane and pick up your luggage.
