Frequently Asked Questions - Ground Transportation Services

Asia Car Service tracks all flight arrival times, and our chauffeurs arrive when your plane lands, regardless of flight changes, provided that we receive the correct flight number.

Asia Car Service provides 60 minutes (45 minutes for domestic arrivals) of free wait time on each arrival transfer for you to deplane and pick up your luggage.

If you are unable to meet your chauffeur within 60 minutes (45 minutes for domestic arrivals) of your plane landing, please contact our support team at (+86) 755 8213 2434. If not, we will consider you a “no-show”, and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

In order to provide efficient service, our chauffeurs are instructed to use the most direct route for airport transfers. The direct route also allows us to maintain our affordable prices as our Airport Pick-up & Transfer rates are based on point to point transfer.

If you would prefer a specific route, our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees.

For airport pick-ups, your chauffeur will welcome you at the Arrival Hall with your name and/or company name on a greeting sign.

For other transfers, we will confirm pick-up locations upon reservation.

We accept cancellations by email at bookings@asiacarservice.com. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up will not incur any charges.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pick-up, the full reservation amount will be charged.

No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.

All changes to reservations need to be made by phone or email at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up. If the change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

Our drivers or guides are unable to accommodate for any direct requests for changes.

Only after the journey is complete, your credit card will be charged based on the car type used, the actual period of the booking, and any applicable extras (extra distance, tolls, etc.).

Your statement will show the transaction description as Asia Car Service.

We accept cash payments, and any change is given in the local currency only.

Please inform us in advance if the required change is more than the local equivalent of approximately USD 10.

However, we still require your credit card details in order to confirm your booking.

All our rates are subject to audit after journey completion to include any applicable fees, e.g. actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, late night service & extra time or distance used.  All such fees will be advised in advance during the quotation process prior to service.

Hourly hires will have a minimum charge based on the minimum hours required.

Any additional time from the booking period will be billed in 30-minute increments.

Both cancellations and changes are accepted by email at bookings@asiacarservice.com. To modify your reservation after you have been picked up, our driver or guide will need to call the bookings office to confirm the changes.

Our availability changes daily, so we suggest you make your reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. During peak season, with major trade shows in town, please do so as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Our rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes, but not any gratuity. Should you feel like you want to provide one, it is at your sole discretion.

Notice On Safety During COVID19 Period: Per WHO & CDC recommendation, travelers should avoid crowded spaces & public transport while in Asia. All our drivers are screened and vehicles properly sanitized for each private service.
