We know we began this gastronomic tour with the phrase “step away from the typical restaurant chains,” but every now and again there’s a chain that stands out from the rest. Butterfinger Pancakes is a classic in Seoul, and is available in about 10 different locations.

The franchise offers waffles, sandwiches, and, of course, pancakes, even their own unique T-bone steak pancakes! If you are feeling particularly naughty, you can even try their Giant Alligator dish which comes with four different flavors of ice cream, waffles, whipped cream, and jams. 4. The Royal Food & Drink

For a vegetarian option you can try their Green Breakfast with eggs, mushrooms, avocado, spinach, toast, and tomatoes.

5. Caravan (Gangnam, Hapjeong, Hannam)
